A Hand-Coded Luxury Site for Al-Abdali Enterprises
A custom-built website for Al-Abdali Enterprises, a real estate and construction group operating out of Karachi and Islamabad since 2001 — city-filtered property listings, a construction portfolio, investment advisory content and WhatsApp lead capture, coded from scratch rather than assembled from a page-builder template.
The Challenge
Al-Abdali Enterprises has been building and selling property across Karachi and Islamabad since 2001, and their online presence needed to match that track record. The brief wasn't just a brochure site — visitors needed to browse real listings by city, get a genuine feel for the group's construction work, and reach an advisor fast, all while the brand read as premium as the properties themselves: black-and-gold, editorial, unmistakably luxury.
Just as important, the client didn't want a page-builder theme with plugin bloat slowing every page down. They wanted a site owned outright — plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript they could hand to any developer in the future without being locked into a CMS.

A property grid tagged by city — Karachi and Islamabad — with beds, baths, area and price shown up front, plus "New" and "Hot" badges and a quick-view overlay on every card.

A dedicated Construction section and photo gallery so the group's build quality — not just finished listings — comes through to prospective buyers and investors.
WhatsApp Lead Capture
An always-on WhatsApp button so a serious buyer can reach an advisor directly, instead of waiting on a contact form and losing momentum.
Under the Hood
No CMS, no page builder, no plugin stack — the entire front end is hand-written HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript, with each property listing marked up as a self-contained prop-card tagged by data-city so the Karachi/Islamabad filter runs client-side with zero page reloads. A built-in light/dark theme toggle and a scroll-triggered reveal animation on every section keep the experience polished without a single external framework dependency to update or secure.
