A Boutique Studio Website — Plus the Admin Dashboard Behind It
A custom-built booking website and studio management dashboard for PeekABaby, a Toronto 3D/4D ultrasound studio — online session booking, a due-date calculator, package pricing, and a self-serve admin panel so the owner can run the whole studio without ever calling a developer.
The Challenge
PeekABaby needed more than a pretty landing page. As a boutique ultrasound studio booking real appointments across Ontario, the site had to do genuine work: explain eight different scan types clearly enough for nervous, first-time parents to choose confidently, take real bookings, and answer the two questions every visitor has within seconds — "can I book my stage of pregnancy?" and "what will this cost?"
And behind the site, the studio owner needed a way to actually run the business day to day — see new bookings and messages, publish blog posts, and update services and pricing — without needing to email a developer for every small change.

The public site and the admin dashboard share the same database, so a booking or message submitted on the live site appears in the owner's dashboard instantly — no export, sync or manual step in between. The dashboard sits behind its own password-gated login, separate from the public site entirely, so studio operations stay private while the booking experience in front of customers stays fast and simple.
