ithouse.tech provides digital services as described on our website. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.

2. Payment Terms

50% deposit required before project commencement; 50% on completion. Monthly retainers billed in advance.

3. Intellectual Property

Clients receive full ownership of custom deliverables upon full payment. Third-party components are subject to their respective licenses.

4. Limitation of Liability

ithouse.tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
